Front end staff were newly trained on a computer system and were doing their best to get me booked in and checked out as best they could. Very professional and accommodating.

The facility was clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. The evening restaurant had great food and had plenty of happy hour deals on food as well as drinks. We had to extend our stay due to a snow storm and the process was painless.

Hotel was a convenient location for us as we were attending a wedding in the vicinity. Rooms were very clean and spacious and had a good selection of toiletries available. Beds also extremely comfortable if you like soft beds! Price very fair for Edmonton.

Big hotel with lots of parking was first impression. Friendly staff. Large comfortable rooms, some with living rooms. The entire place is clean and well maintained. In July, the outdoors plants and flowers pots were impressive and in full bloom. Our room was quiet and comfortable with AC control.

Hotel is in an industrial area so a little out of the way but quiet. The pub had good food. Came with a continental breakfast with quite a variety of items. Shower in our room was great, tons of hot water and pressure. Pool, hot tub and steam room were nice as well.

The king superior suit that we booked was well worth having, as it provided us with a little more room and a kitchen sink to wash out water bottles. It would have been a bonus to have dish soap at the sink, but we made due. Beds were comfy and clean. The breakfast was truly excellent, we stayed for three nights and appreciated seeing a daily variety. Would stay there again! Loved that there was a pub to grab late night snacks.

Beds were comfortable. TV was confusing to figure out at first but got the hang of the controls and what we wanted to do with it. Pool was smaller than anticipated. And very out of the way to get there. Didn’t have a chance to explore much else as we were in there for an event at the aviation museum. Staff were efficient and effective. Would love a little more conversation, but we understand they have a job to do.
